About the role

We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team at Bar Rouge. In this role you will oversee guest relations, ensure high‑quality customer service and manage the restaurant floor operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain excellent guest relations and service standards.
• Manage the restaurant floor, including waitstaff and bar staff.
• Create and oversee staff schedules.
• Handle payroll processing.
• Recruit and hire new team members.

Required profile

• Leader with a passion for managing a restaurant concept.
• Experience managing a team of waiters and bar staff.
• Dedicated to building and developing a new team.
• Strong hospitality and service skills.
• Commitment to maintaining the quality of the concept.
• 3+ years of hospitality experience.
