Floor Manager (Coach) – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Join the Nike Lelystad team as a Floor Manager (Coach) and lead a department to deliver exceptional consumer service and a premium brand experience. You will coach, motivate and coordinate employees while supporting daily business operations to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial side of the department, ensuring efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy and visual presentation standards.
• Drive athlete experience by overseeing hiring, onboarding, scheduling and fostering a positive Nike culture.
• Deliver consumer experience by guiding the team on brand knowledge, digital service tools and using data analytics for continuous improvement.
• Manage monthly initiative launches and use reporting tools for commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Advanced customer service skills with proven ability to lead a shop floor or department team.
• Strong coaching and team development capabilities.
• Effective communication, brand ambassadorship and innovative leadership.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Product sales techniques.
• Use of reporting and analytics tools for commercial decisions.
