Floor Manager – Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Floor Manager to lead the store team in Lelystad. You will act as the essential link between our products and customers, supporting the management team and driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and implement daily and weekly sales targets for the team.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and update management.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration, and rota planning.
• Provide exceptional 1‑to‑2‑1 customer service, ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of store operations.
