Floor Supervisor – Dutch Speaking

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Floor Supervisor to lead store operations in Amsterdam. You will act as the vital link between our products and customers while supporting and developing a team of Stylists.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and implement daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and update management.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Provide exceptional 1‑to‑1 customer service, ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi Strauss brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing a retail team.
• Experience meeting and driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of store operations.
