Forward Deployed Engineer – AI for Audit

About the role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to embed with customers, building and refining AI agents that automate audit and finance workflows. The role is hands‑on, customer‑facing and sits at the intersection of our agent platform and real assurance work.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents directly within customers’ audit and finance workflows, guiding senior stakeholders from initial proof‑of‑concept to multiple production agents.
• Run office hours, resolve issues on‑site, and hand off knowledge to Customer Success managers.
• Assess feasibility, configure robust agents, and troubleshoot prompting and accuracy against real audit evidence.
• Provide a tight feedback loop between customers and product/engineering teams, surfacing gaps and influencing product road‑maps.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude with ability to decompose customer workflows into AI agents and make rapid feasibility decisions.
• Domain expertise in audit and/or finance, or a strong interest with ability to learn.
• Comfort presenting and debugging agents in front of customers under time pressure.
