Join the Courtyard Amsterdam team as a Front Office Intern and become an essential part of our guest‑experience journey. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning the daily operations of a busy hotel front desk while delivering warm, personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer their questions before, during, and after their stay.
• Independently check guests in and out with a friendly attitude.
• Provide concierge assistance to fulfil guest wishes.
• Complete shift checklists to keep the front office organized.
• Greet guests before they enter the building to ensure an immediate warm welcome.
• Interact with guests from diverse nationalities on a daily basis.
• Deliver personal, friendly service focused on the guest experience.
