Front Office Intern – Sustainable Hotel Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Intern to join our eco‑friendly hotel brand in Amsterdam. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create memorable stays while supporting our sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Assist at the host desk with check‑in, check‑out and guest inquiries.
• Provide local tips and recommendations, showcasing Amsterdam’s attractions.
• Communicate the brand story and sustainability values to guests.
• Manage small projects or initiatives assigned by the front‑office team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the hotel to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an MBO level 3 programme (or equivalent) and available for a minimum 4‑month internship.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and interest in sustainable tourism.
• Strong English communication skills; Dutch residency in Amsterdam preferred.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to work in a dynamic hotel environment.
