Full-Stack Software Engineer - Fintech

About the role

Axiom Recruit is hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer on behalf of a VC-funded crypto payments firm based in the Netherlands, working remotely. The company builds technology that gives wallets, exchanges and Web3 platforms access to multiple global payment providers through a single API. The role is about 70% backend and 30% frontend, and you will own features from early idea through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript
• Develop modern frontend experiences with React
• Own features from initial idea through to production
• Help shape architecture and key technical decisions
• Improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, testing and system reliability

Required profile

• Experience in payment, crypto or fintech, or a very strong fintech background
• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, Node.js and React
• Hands-on cloud experience across AWS, GCP or Azure
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, security and production reliability
