Full‑time Retail Assistant (Athlete) – Customer Service

About the role

Join Nike Roermond as a full‑time Athlete, delivering world‑class service and product expertise to our customers. You will support store operations, assist teammates, and help create a premium brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Operate cash register, manage incoming/outgoing goods, refill products, and build visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to meet sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales.
• Inform consumers and teammates about Nike products and services.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Effective communicator in English with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Flexible schedule for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
