Guest Relations Internship in Amsterdam

About the role

Join the Courtyard Amsterdam team as a Guest Relations Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international hotel environment. You will support both front‑office and food‑and‑beverage operations while delivering memorable experiences to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, creating a positive first impression.
• Support check‑in and check‑out procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the Food & Beverage department to enhance the dining experience.
• Provide accurate hotel and local area information to guests.
• Handle guest requests and contribute to personalized service.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
• Student or recent graduate in Hospitality/Tourism.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
• Proactive, communicative and able to multitask.
