HR Business Partner – Nordics & Benelux

About the role

The HR Business Partner will support the Nordics & Benelux cluster, working closely with the Cluster General Manager and the EMEA Commercial HR team. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering the HR strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement local HR strategies that align with the cluster’s commercial goals and regional priorities.
• Provide expert advice, coaching and support to leaders on all employment‑related matters.
• Adapt corporate HR policies to ensure legal compliance and local effectiveness.
• Lead performance management, employee relations and succession planning processes.
• Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
• Utilise people analytics to inform HR decisions and business planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of employment law in the Netherlands and/or Sweden.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and challenge decisions constructively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR policies, performance management and employee relations.
• Experience with talent acquisition and succession planning.
• Proficiency in people analytics and HR reporting.

• Competitive salary range: €71,739 – €95,652 per year (Netherlands) or 600,123 – 800,164 SEK per year (Sweden).
• 40‑hour work week, Monday to Friday with onsite attendance as required.
