Human Resources Internship

About the role

Join Nike’s EMEA Headquarters as an HR Intern and contribute to HR operations and employee experience across the region. You will work on projects in People Solutions, University Relations, Compliance, Business HR, and Payroll, gaining hands‑on experience in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Support HR programs, policies, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across EMEA.
• Use data, research, and insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and track metrics, reports, and scorecards to measure impact and support business objectives.
• Contribute to key HR initiatives across talent, employee experience, benefits, payroll, and early‑career programs.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a hybrid model (three days onsite, two days remote).
• Enrolled full‑time at a Dutch university (HBO or WO) or holds EU/EEA citizenship and studies abroad.
• Available for a full‑time, six‑month internship starting 1 February 2027.
