Inside Sales Specialist – Semiconductors

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC) is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist for semiconductors. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, using proactive sales techniques to drive conversions and grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, maximizing component and solution opportunities through direct engagement and personalized selling.
• Proactively follow up on quotes, gather competitive information, negotiate and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to gain market share in key segments and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and suppliers, collaborating with internal teams such as Account Management and Field Application Engineers.
• Utilize quote analytics and automation tools, track sales performance, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role within electronic component distribution.
• Proactive, persistent approach to sales execution.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM).
• PowerBI (data analytics) – optional but preferred.
