Installation Responsible

About the role

As an Installation Responsible you will ensure the smooth operation of production lines and equipment at Nestlé’s Nunspeet site. You will lead installation, maintenance and repair activities while guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards such as NEN, ATEX, ISO and IEC.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to set correct installation parameters.
• Train and supervise technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with experience in equipment installation and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Electrical installation and systems knowledge.
• Automation and mechanical systems expertise.
• Equipment installation, maintenance and repair.
• Inspection and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Familiarity with NEN, ATEX, ISO and IEC standards.
