Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients – portion, chop, wash, peel, weigh, measure and store fresh produce.
• Cook dishes according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, including cold foods.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Test and monitor food for proper cooking and quality throughout preparation.
• Set up and break down work stations, serve food in correct portions, and maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen area.
• Check appliance and food temperatures to ensure safety compliance.

Required profile

• Flexible, creative and passionate about food.
• Team‑oriented with at least 1 year of kitchen experience.
• Fluent in English and interested in all kitchen areas.
• Ambitious to grow within the company, adaptable to hospitality situations.
• Well‑organized and able to handle stress.
