Junior Business Development Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Associate to support the growth of our international fintech business. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and the Business Development Manager to identify and engage prospective clients across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies and identify key decision‑makers in relevant sectors.
• Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone and approved channels.
• Introduce emoni’s payment and digital asset solutions and gather information on prospect needs.
• Qualify leads, schedule introductory meetings and support follow‑up activities.
• Assist with client meetings, presentations, commercial proposals and coordination with Onboarding, Compliance and Management teams.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in Monday.com.
• Provide pipeline reporting and market feedback to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with a strong interest in international payments and fintech.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage C‑level executives.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple outreach activities.
• Team player who can collaborate with compliance and onboarding functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Monday.com (CRM platform).
