Junior Investor Relations Analyst (m/f/x)

About the role

TIP Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Investor Relations Analyst to join its team in Amsterdam for a one-year fixed-term maternity leave cover. The role sits at the heart of a EUR 500 million senior loan facility, helping to unlock the full facility rather than just maintain the status quo.

Key responsibilities

• Deal directly with ABS lenders, third parties and strategic stakeholders, and support impactful presentations to funders and banks
• Manage day-to-day ABS tasks, including Servicer Reports, and collaborate with regional teams across Risk, Tax and Accounting
• Support regional functions throughout the ABS lease lifecycle, from inception to going concern and end-of-life
• Provide hands-on support to the wider treasury and finance teams to scale and optimise the ABS program
• Develop recurring and ad-hoc analytics to help the ELT manage and steer the ABS structure
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal TIP policies and procedures

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury or Investor Relations, with a strong background or deep interest in Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interface with international banks, lenders and internal leadership
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and internal policy compliance in a financial or leasing environment
• A proactive mindset, a sense of ownership, and a good sense of humour
