Junior Product Assessor – Watches

About the role
As a Junior Product Assessor for watches, you will be the first point of contact for every timepiece that arrives at Vintage.com. Your assessments will determine how each watch is presented to buyers, whether on our direct online store or through auction channels.
Key responsibilities
- Navigate internal e‑commerce and cataloguing tools to accurately process incoming inventory.
- Research reference numbers, hallmarks and historical data to verify specifications.
- Organise physical batches at the assessment station, keeping inventory traceable.
- Cross‑check listing entries for errors before final submission.
- Share watch‑specific knowledge with teammates and flag workflow bottlenecks.
- Follow safe handling, transport and storage procedures for delicate or high‑value items.
Required profile
- Demonstrable passion for watches, horology and vintage timepieces.
- Familiarity with watch movement types, brand details, construction and condition grading.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle defects.
