Key Account Manager – Netherlands

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will manage strategic customer relationships in the Netherlands, act as a trusted DRS solution expert and drive the full sales cycle. You will also hold overall responsibility for the NL organization and its operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
• Deliver product demonstrations at demo facilities and customer trial sites.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Identify customer needs and position tailored Envipco solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including RFI/RFP, negotiations and contract closure.
• Create account‑specific commercial agreements, pricing and discount structures.
• Work cross‑functionally to support successful customer outcomes.
• Oversee the total NL organization and its operations.

Required profile

• Degree educated (Business, Management or Engineering preferred).
• Full driving licence.
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in a technical or capital‑equipment environment.
• Strong key account management and consultative selling experience.
• Experience in the grocery retail sector is advantageous.
