Lead Analyst, Treasury EU Core Operations

About the role

The Lead Analyst, Treasury EU Core Operations is an individual contributor role responsible for treasury core operations across the EMEA region. You will lead end‑to‑end bank account lifecycle activities, KYC compliance and M&A‑related treasury work on a 12‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the bank account lifecycle across EMEA, including openings, closures, KYC refreshes, signatory updates and banking resolution implementation.
• Drive banking‑related activities for M&A, structural changes, newly acquired entities and integrations, managing tight timelines and diverse stakeholder requirements.
• Improve treasury operations by strengthening tracking, KPI visibility, process standardisation, account rationalisation and automation of payment file and bank‑statement processes.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Legal, HR, IT and banking partners to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of treasury operations experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in bank account management, KYC/AML and documentation.
• Experience supporting M&A‑related banking integration activities.
• Fluent in English, able to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders.
