Learning & Development Lead – Manufacturing

About the role

Join our fast‑growing Animal Health organization and shape the learning and capability strategy that powers our ambitious transformation agenda. For our Animal Health location Boxmeer, we are recruiting a Learning & Development Lead (Manufacturing).

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the site learning and capability strategy in line with business priorities.
• Act as strategic learning partner to senior leadership, linking L&D to the Manufacturing the Future Strategy.
• Lead a team of four L&D specialists, setting priorities, measurable outcomes and overseeing design and delivery.
• Localise global L&D initiatives and ensure delivery of core curriculum.
• Drive automation and digitalisation of learning processes to improve efficiency and learner experience.
• Own the regional/site learning system and ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, EHS standards.
• Serve as Business Process Owner for QMS GMP Training Standard and support audits and regulatory inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience designing and executing learning strategies and leading transformational change.
• Experience leading and mentoring a small team of specialists.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and compliance frameworks.
• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency or willingness to learn is highly valued.
• Willingness to work on‑site at least four days per week, preferably within commuting distance of Boxmeer.

Required skills

• Administration of learning systems (e.g., QMS Training Subsystem).
• Automation and digitalisation of learning processes.
