Leasing Supervisor

About the role

As a Leasing Supervisor for Greystar in the Netherlands, you will coordinate and steer daily leasing activities across the company’s Dutch portfolio. You will ensure smooth leasing operations, consistent process adherence, and successful launch of new projects while acting as the key link between leasing, marketing, operations, and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Daily leasing coordination across multiple Dutch projects, monitoring occupancy, leads, conversion rates and leasing velocity.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to ensure consistent application of leasing procedures.
• Prepare and guide mobilisation of new‑build and repositioning projects, setting up and testing leasing processes before launch.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, IT, asset management) and external partners, supporting training and onboarding of temporary leasing teams.
• Work with property and leasing systems (PMS, CRM, portals), safeguard data quality, and support system implementations, updates and process enhancements.

Required profile

• HBO (Bachelor’s) level education or equivalent.
• Structured, detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to switch between day‑to‑day operations and project‑based work.
• Proactive, independent worker fluent in Dutch and English.

Required skills

• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and customer relationship management tools (CRM).
• Strong data‑quality management and system optimisation capabilities.
