Litigation Associate Lawyer

About the role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its Amsterdam Dispute Resolution team. The role involves representing large national and international clients in commercial disputes, including summary proceedings, substantive litigation, and arbitration.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in summary proceedings, full‑scale litigation and arbitration matters.
• Provide legal analysis, draft pleadings, motions and other court documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues across sections, offices and international locations.

Required profile

• 4 to 8 years of experience in the litigation practice of an international law firm.
• Entrepreneurial, analytical and social mindset, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong ability to quickly grasp complex legal issues and propose solutions.

Required skills

• Experience in commercial dispute litigation and arbitration.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English legal drafting.
