Logistics & Materials Coordinator – Delft Site

About the role

Applied Materials is establishing a new advanced technology development and prototyping facility in Delft and seeks a Logistics & Materials Coordinator to manage inventory, shipments, material flow, and supplier logistics for the site.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries, maintain consumables, spare parts, tools and project material inventory.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare customs documentation and track deliveries.
• Support purchasing, material planning and asset tracking, ensuring materials are available for engineering and laboratory operations.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or materials management, preferably in a high‑tech manufacturing or R&D environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities; fluent in English, Dutch a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Salary range €48,000 – €66,000 per year.
