Manager OT - Cyber Security

About the role

EY is hiring a Manager OT for its Cyber Security team in Consulting, based in the Amsterdam office at the Zuidas. The role leads cybersecurity engagements and works with the Advanced Security Center in Amsterdam and its partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in and lead client meetings as a cybersecurity expert, developing concepts, solutions and methods needed to meet project objectives.
• Lead project teams made up of security architects, security consultants or security analysts.
• Support cybersecurity-related business development, including client discussions and proposal writing.

Required profile

• Completed technical higher education in industrial automation, computer science, electronics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience managing, designing, implementing, maintaining or supporting solutions, preferably in OT-ICS or IoT.
• Ability to write reports, analyses and methodologies in English, and full professional proficiency in English.
• Certificates or education in industrial automation or engineering, and preferably in ICS security (ICS vendors, ISA 62443, GICSP, GIAC).

Required skills

• Understanding of OT-ICS technologies (SCADA/DCS/PLC/RTU) and their networks.
• Knowledge of ICS/OT security concepts, especially network architecture, segmentation and defense in depth.
