About the role
Join the Downstream Processing team in Leiden to support the production of high‑quality pharmaceutical products. You will work in a GMP‑controlled environment, performing routine manufacturing tasks and contributing to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine production activities following strict GMP and SOP guidelines.
- Operate, monitor, and record various downstream processing steps.
- Document process data accurately and report deviations or improvement ideas.
- Collaborate with colleagues, escalating issues to supervisors when needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet production and quality targets.
Required profile
- Relevant MBO‑2 diploma with at least 3 years of experience (or non‑relevant MBO‑2 with 5 years).
- Minimum B1 proficiency in Dutch or English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, business applications).
- Quality‑oriented, accurate, flexible, and positive attitude.
