Marketing Assistant – BENELUX

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support the BENELUX team in bringing KellyDeli’s brands to life across all channels. This hands‑on, execution‑focused position ensures campaign assets, in‑kiosk activations and digital content are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the BENELUX annual marketing plan, managing tasks and deadlines.
• Support 360° campaign execution, including in‑kiosk activations, POS materials, product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Adapt and localise marketing assets using Canva while maintaining brand consistency.
• Coordinate production and delivery of local collateral for campaigns, promotions and store openings.
• Draft briefs for internal and external partners to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.
• Load and maintain content on web, social and in‑kiosk screens, and support continuous digital development.
• Manage the local Google Reviews programme and keep product data accurate on retailer e‑commerce platforms.
• Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversion.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with strong administrative and project‑management abilities.
• Passionate about retail marketing, customer experience and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with senior marketing managers, local operations, commercial, supply‑chain teams and external agencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for asset localisation.
