Marketing Communications Manager - IGT Systems

About the role

Join IGT Systems to lead global marketing communications for clinical segments and product portfolios, creating omni‑channel campaigns and assets across the Customer Decision Journey. You will also champion AI‑enabled tools to accelerate content creation and improve marketing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic input from Downstream Marketing Managers into globally compelling MarCom assets, including print, video, digital collaterals and campaign toolkits.
• Brief partner agencies, manage production, and ensure delivery of assets that support awareness, consideration, demand generation and loyalty.
• Support medical congresses and events by delivering booth experiences, messaging, visuals and demos while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory approvals.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate content creation, improve effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
• Maintain brand consistency, operational excellence and on‑budget delivery across all activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of MarCom experience in MedTech, B2B or healthcare (preferably Cardiology, Radiology or Surgery).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and regional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Experience in omnichannel content creation, campaign execution and agency management.

What we offer

• Base salary range €61,185 – €101,976 per year, plus 3% bonus linked to KPIs/company results.
• Office‑based role in Best, Netherlands with a hybrid working model (minimum three days onsite).
