Marketing Manager – Solar Brand (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Marketing Manager on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract to drive the promotion of its solar brand across installers, residential homeowners and commercial‑industrial customers in the Netherlands. The role will combine strategic campaign planning, partner collaboration and event support to increase brand visibility and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including content creation (posters, videos, social posts), PR, KOL engagement, paid media and performance measurement.
• Work with channel partners and resellers to co‑create content, align strategies, support campaign execution and track results.
• Coordinate with Huawei HQ and country marketing teams to ensure alignment of events, social media, website and digital channels.
• Support regional event marketing through speaker interviews, social posts, press releases and on‑site coordination.
• Produce regular reports summarising campaign outcomes, best practices and insights for the marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning and project management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
