Mechanical Engineer – HVAC & Building Services

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in HVAC, domestic water and fire protection systems to support the design, coordination and delivery of mechanical building services. The role involves technical calculations, preparation of design documentation and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and support HVAC, domestic water and fire protection systems.
• Perform load calculations, duct sizing and pressure‑loss calculations.
• Select equipment based on performance, quality and cost‑efficiency.
• Prepare and update technical drawings, documentation and engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during design and installation phases.
• Support project coordination, planning, site inspections and technical problem solving.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with HVAC, building services or mechanical design.
• Knowledge of mechanical calculations, equipment selection and technical documentation.

What we offer

• Fixed 2‑year contract (40 hours per week) with prospect of a permanent position.
• Salary around €4,300 gross per month.
