Millwright – Permanent Position in Utrecht, Netherlands

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Millwright to join a Dutch industrial employer on a permanent basis. The role involves maintaining and upgrading production equipment while supporting a smooth relocation to the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production lines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Carry out installations, modifications, and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Millwright Trade Test, Red Seal, N‑Diploma, or equivalent mechanical/electrical trade qualification.
• At least 2 years of post‑trade experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Afrikaans (essential).
• Willingness to relocate permanently to the Netherlands.
