Mission Operations Engineer – Europe (Netherlands)

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to lead deployment, integration and training of its Connected Warfare solutions for Dutch defence customers. Based in the Netherlands, you will be the first MOPs engineer on the ground, acting as the technical bridge between operators and Anduril’s engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical configuration, deployment and integration of Lattice OS and Connected Warfare software within Dutch defence ecosystems and command centres.
• Design and deliver hands‑on training for military, security and tactical operators to maximise use of C2 systems and AI‑powered interfaces.
• Gather operational feedback and translate workflow challenges and software bugs to Anduril’s engineering teams across Europe.
• Build trusted relationships with officers, technical stakeholders and end‑users to drive system adoption and uncover future mission needs.
• Collaborate with Europe‑based program management, global engineering and legal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required skills

• Experience in field operations, systems engineering, technical deployment or defence‑technology customer success.
• Strong ability to configure software, troubleshoot systems and understand IP networking, APIs and data integration.
• Excellent interpersonal communication for building rapport with tactical operators and senior military stakeholders.
• Mobility to work in the Netherlands (or relocate) and travel across Europe and the UK.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Dutch and/or NATO Secret security clearance.
