About the role

Join Monday Merch, a fast‑growing startup that is reshaping the merchandise market. As a New Business Merch Consultant you will be the first point of contact for B2B customers, helping them launch merch projects ranging from €1K to €150K.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for prospective customers, building relationships and securing first orders.
• Achieve KPI targets focused on sign‑rate, quote value, and repeat‑customer revenue.
• Provide product information, suggest catalog improvements, and stay informed on industry trends.
• Handle inbound calls from potential clients and focus on expanding the English‑speaking customer base.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and helpful communication with customers via phone and email.
• Structured, analytical work style at a university‑level thinking.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Rotterdam office.
