Online Marketing Manager – Mediabuyer (Junior/Mid)

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and creative Online Marketing Manager – Mediabuyer to join our remote team. You will manage and optimise performance‑driven advertising campaigns for a portfolio of international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance and generate reports to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Launch and manage new international campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Maintain relationships with partners and sales representatives, negotiating custom deals.
• Analyse data, identify market trends and present opportunities to the team.
• Collaborate with media managers to refine processes and improve campaign efficiency.
• Oversee large monthly media budgets and ensure optimal spend.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or related field (post‑graduate a plus).
• 1‑3 years of experience in digital or affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work across time zones.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and SEO.
• Understanding of advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC and CPL.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools, preferably Photoshop.
