Part-Time Treasury and Insurance Specialist

About the role

Rituals is looking for a Part-Time Treasury and Insurance Specialist (24 hours per week) to join its Finance team in Amsterdam. The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Real Estate and external partners, covering international insurance activities and bank and company guarantees linked to the stores. You will review documentation and lease requirements, coordinate guarantee requests and work with banks, landlords, insurance brokers and Real Estate colleagues to protect the business while keeping it moving forward. You will also coordinate the international insurance program and support claims handling, including store and product incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the international insurance program across property, liability, directors' liability, transport, accident, construction and travel, coordinating with local insurance brokers.
• Coordinate and assess bank and company guarantee requests for the stores, reviewing guarantee wording and lease documentation against agreed requirements.
• Work with Real Estate teams, landlords, banks and local advisers to resolve questions and find practical, compliant solutions in different international markets.
• Coordinate damage and insurance claims for stores and products, making sure cases are handled accurately and followed through with the relevant stakeholders.
• Support governance and compliance activities such as KYC, and help improve ways of working using tools such as AI where relevant.
