Partnership Development Intern (Erasmus Internship)

About the role

This Erasmus+ internship offers a hands‑on experience in partnership development within CLEAR Global’s Language Services team. You will support the Grants and Partnerships Coordinator in building and managing collaborations with NGOs, UN agencies, and other partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of partnership agreements and related documentation.
• Conduct research on potential partner organisations and compile outreach materials.
• Support outreach activities, including drafting communications and tracking engagement.
• Maintain and update the partner database and community platform.
• Contribute to the preparation of grant proposals and reports.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a higher‑education program (Bachelor, Master or PhD) or a recent graduate.
• Interest in international development, language services, and non‑profit partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexibly 20‑40 hours per week during CET core hours.
• Willingness to relocate to Amsterdam or Lyon for the duration of the internship.
