Partnerships Manager – Amsterdam

About the role

Yonder, a financial membership company, is opening its first international market in the Netherlands and is looking for a Partnerships Manager in Amsterdam. This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you will build local partnerships, run community events and own the day-to-day community and partnerships operation after a short ramp-up. It is hybrid, with at least three mornings a week in the city-centre office.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run prospective-member sessions, member events and partner gatherings, from invitations to delivery and follow-up.
• Find, assess and prioritise restaurants, bars, hospitality groups and local brands, and build genuine relationships with them.
• Turn relationships into collaborations such as member benefits, activations and referral flows, involving the Netherlands Market Lead on more complex partnerships.
• Keep the community calendar and partner pipeline moving, coordinating outreach, setup, logistics, delivery and follow-up.
• Evaluate each activity's results and use the evidence to improve execution and shape the wider Netherlands plan.
• Work closely with the Netherlands Market Lead and the UK Partnerships team.

Required profile

• Around 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an externally facing role connected to Amsterdam's hospitality scene, working directly with venues, operators or communities.
• Experience owning recurring activity end-to-end, from first conversation to delivery and follow-up.
• Comfortable building professional relationships in Dutch and fluent in English.
• No large contact list needed, but knowledge of Amsterdam's hospitality and community ecosystem.
• Not suited to a primarily strategic role, a team to manage, a fully remote position, or a preference for waiting for a detailed playbook.
