Partnerships Manager

About the role

Dash0 is building an OpenTelemetry‑native observability platform and seeks a Partnerships Manager to drive growth through hyperscaler marketplaces and the cloud‑native consultancy ecosystem. This strategic role focuses on creating partner programs, commercial frameworks, and co‑sell enablement to generate qualified pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with AWS, GCP and Azure, securing marketplace listings and activating co‑sell motions.
• Design and execute a partner model for cloud‑native system integrators and consultancies, defining incentives and co‑delivery approaches.
• Drive revenue through partners, measured by ARR contribution from net‑new logos and accelerated deals.
• Provide partner and SI intelligence to inform product, pricing, and positioning strategies.
• Build and document relationships with hyperscaler solution architects in target regions (US East Coast, UK/Netherlands/DACH) to generate qualified introductions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances or business development within developer tools, observability, or cloud‑native infrastructure.
• Established relationships with field teams at one or more major hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record of building or scaling hyperscaler co‑sell motions and partner‑sourced revenue.
• Experience designing partner programs for system integrators or consultancies.
• Builder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and creating playbooks from scratch.
