Payroll Implementation Consultant - Netherlands

About the role

Strada Pay is a cloud-based payroll calculation engine with SOC1 compliance controls, a dashboard and built-in anomaly detection. As part of its product roadmap, Strada is looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to act as the Strada Pay Implementer for the Netherlands, providing functional consultancy on Strada Pay implementations in the country.

The consultant takes part in the full project lifecycle: client liaison, confirming requirements and guidance aligned with Strada Pay best practices, completing configuration documents and questionnaires, configuring and testing the solution, and supporting go-live activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client-facing functional discussions, including kick-off and functional requirements
• Capture payroll configuration information needed to finalise Strada Pay workbooks
• Identify deviations from Strada Pay standards (products and processes)
• Work with the Product team to configure the payroll solution and validate it and its integrations during testing
• Perform data validations in the payroll system and coordinate defect resolution
• Support data mapping, UAT and parallel testing, and integration issue resolution
• Define workarounds and support knowledge transfer to delivery and operational payroll teams
• Update the project plan and support ongoing application services for payroll maintenance

Required profile

• Functional consulting or analytical experience in a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment
• Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll and compliance (tax, legislation, etc.)
• Experience of the payroll implementation project lifecycle
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management and written and verbal skills
• Ability to propose alternative solutions, assess feasibility and costs, and solve problems proactively
• Flexibility for a global, fast-paced environment and attention to detail
• Current and future work authorization in the Netherlands; no visa sponsorship offered
