Portfolio Marketing Director

About the role

We are looking for a senior Portfolio Marketing Director to shape the go‑to‑market strategy for a $450M portfolio across six high‑growth B2B verticals worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will lead a team of senior marketing managers and act as the bridge between market insight, product strategy, and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define segment‑level Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer and user personas, and develop brand positioning for each vertical.
• Translate complex multi‑product portfolio stories into clear, compelling value propositions that drive brand awareness and market penetration.
• Partner with Commercial Directors to set growth priorities, investment decisions, and trade‑offs for each market.
• Collaborate with GTM Excellence to create repeatable frameworks that enable consistent execution at scale.
• Lead a team of 5‑6 Senior Marketing Managers, ensuring alignment with portfolio‑level GTM strategy.
• Balance revenue protection through adoption, usage, and renewal with acceleration of new revenue via cross‑sell, upsell, and new‑logo acquisition.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2B portfolio or product marketing, preferably in a global context.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with sales, product, and execution teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % within Europe and occasional global trips.
