Project Management Associate – Data & Analytics

About the role

Adaptfy is growing and seeks a Project Management Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Data and Analytics team in Amsterdam.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, and Business Transformation initiatives.
• Manage workstreams or smaller projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews.
• Support governance activities, change management, and business readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Management, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, governance, scheduling, RAID management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Planner, Smartsheet, Monday.com.
• Methodologies and certifications including PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, Scrum, SAFe.
