Project Management Associate

About the role

Metyis is seeking a Project Management Associate to join its Data & Analytics team in Amsterdam. You will act as the primary liaison for client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and generate measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of client engagements across Data & Analytics, AI, Digital Commerce, and Business Transformation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, aligning objectives, scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Translate client business processes and strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digitalisation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, governance structures, and resource allocations.
• Manage Agile delivery processes, sprint ceremonies, and project governance for both Metyis and client teams.
• Lead cross‑functional, multicultural teams of consultants, architects, analysts, data specialists, engineers, and digital experts.
• Support client adoption, value realization, and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within Data & Analytics or related technology projects.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multicultural teams.
