Project Management Intern – CEI Africa

About the role

Triplejump is seeking a Project Management Intern to support the CEI Africa foundation, which finances off‑grid energy companies in Sub‑Saharan Africa. You will work within the Direct Investments team, assisting the Project Management group on a variety of tasks that drive impact‑focused projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing communication strategies, drafting press releases and updating factsheets.
• Create and maintain monitoring tools such as a centralized portfolio overview and quarterly portfolio reports.
• Support the organization of Board, Supervisory Council, and contributor meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation design, and minute taking.
• Help review and update CEI Africa’s operating model, processes, data management, and documentation.
• Contribute to the revision of strategies, policies, and operating manuals, ensuring compliance with CDD and procurement requirements.
• Participate in knowledge‑management activities and support strategy workshops.
