Project Procurement Manager

About the role

The Project Procurement Manager is responsible for overall procurement cost and resources for assigned projects, identifying risks and delivering solutions. The role involves developing procurement strategies in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement strategy, including supplier qualification, selection, price and contract negotiation.
• Source new suppliers, build supplier maps and maintain relationships with supplier CXOs.
• Manage daily supplier activities, conduct performance evaluations, and drive improvement plans.
• Handle contract drafting, signing and resolve project‑related supplier complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, subcontracting or contract management, preferably in project‑based environments.
• Experience negotiating with installation subcontractors, civil contractors or infrastructure suppliers.
• Strong cost analysis capability and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or Chinese is a strong plus.
