About the role

We are seeking a Property Operations Associate to join our on‑site team in the Netherlands. The role focuses on delivering outstanding resident experiences across our residential portfolio and supports marketing, leasing, and operational strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly and courteously to resident inquiries and concerns.
• Document and forward resident requests to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
• Manage all sales and lettings activities, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showing apartments.
• Process rental applications and related documentation.
