Property Operations Manager – Amsterdam

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Property Operations Manager to lead the operational launch of the new Canvas Living Amsterdam Bullewijk project, scheduled for delivery at the end of Q3 2026. The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential property management, including leasing, resident relations, financial performance, and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations such as unit leasing, occupancy management, resident services, and overall property performance.
• Implement and maintain Greystar operational standards across the site.
• Recruit, coach, and develop on‑site team members, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with external partners for maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping, and facilities services.
• Monitor financial results and drive performance against budgeted targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property operations management, preferably within residential rentals.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing teams.
• Ability to work closely with external service providers and manage vendor relationships.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is advantageous for resident and stakeholder communication.
