Quality Control Technician – Sample Management

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Quality team in Leiden, supporting testing teams with sample management activities across various product types. You will ensure compliance with GMP standards while contributing to stability studies and external shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, and distribute samples (in‑process, water, final product, raw material).
• Assess stored or shipped samples and coordinate stability studies.
• Manage release and stability sample processes.
• Coordinate external sample shipments and process received results.
• Adhere to GMP, EHSS regulations, lean principles and report issues promptly.

Required profile

• MLO/MBO (or equivalent) with 2‑4 years relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Collaborative team player who contributes actively with internal members and supervisors.
• Willingness to build knowledge on QC processes, lab systems and data management.
• Cross‑trained to support team activities and train other employees.
