Regional Manager – Central & Eastern Netherlands

About the role

The Regional Manager links KellyDeli’s back office, retail partners and points of sale across key cities in the Central and Eastern Netherlands. You will drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence and build strong relationships with franchise and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee performance delivery of individual points of sale and coach franchise partners for cost‑efficient, profitable operations.
• Implement company policies, quality standards, marketing initiatives and regulatory procedures across the region.
• Manage KPI‑driven sales performance, including revenue, product mix, waste, transaction value and marketing campaign results.
• Conduct regular retailer and franchise business reviews, create action plans and ensure brand consistency.
• Visit franchise partners monthly, record visits in GEMBA, and provide coaching and training on store regulations and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with ability to analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with franchise partners, retailers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% of time) and stay away from home as needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly between head office and sales outlets and act as a brand ambassador.
