Residential Solution Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Residential Solution Manager to drive market progress and support partner sales teams in the Netherlands. The role focuses on residential PV and ESS solutions, aligning with Huawei's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely market reports covering sales data, key developments, and departmental issues.
• Enhance partner sales capabilities and support the implementation of strategic objectives.
• Manage go‑to‑market launches, including timelines, messaging, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate demand and supply planning for key products and collaborate with the supply‑chain team on forecasting.
• Collect and analyse European market information, trends and potential, and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in distribution channel sales, residential energy, installers or related products.
• Fluent English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of distribution sales management.
• Good knowledge of residential PV and ESS solutions.
