Join Buitenplaats Slangevegt, an elegant dining destination set within a stunning historic 1700s building in Breukelen. Under the culinary leadership of Chef Patrick Hooijschuur, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-end gastronomic experience that blends seasonal flavors with creative excellence.
Main missions
- Lead and inspire the floor team to maintain the highest standards of service excellence.
- Coordinate daily service operations to ensure seamless flow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage high-pressure situations and peak hours with composure and efficiency.
- Actively work on the floor to guarantee impeccable service quality and guest engagement.
- Identify and nurture talent within the team to foster professional growth.
